These drink packets are super versatile and super great for on the go, especially if your children play sports. My daughter personally does gymnastics and is usually super thirsty after her sessions and is needing some electrolytes with these drink packets getting their hydration electrolytes in is no problem, especially with on the go Gatorade stick packets.
