I love these propel packets they help me hit my hydration goal easily! I just theow them in my bag and go. Honestly these taste just like the premade bottles of Powerade. I have to drink a certain amount of water a day and it really helps me get them down. They mix easily into water without clumping. I prefer the blue one but all of the flavors I tried were pretty good
