I love the ease of using these Propel single serving packs. Just rip it open and add it to an ice cold water and you're good to go. These make staying hydrated during a workout or yardwork simple and effective. Sometimes water alone.really isn't enough. I'm not usually a huge fan of grape flavors, but this is really good. It's a subtle flavor that adds a little sweetness but isn't overpowering.
