The propel powder dissolved well and mixed easily. I was not impressed with the flavor. It seems to fade after the first few sips. I like that it is sugar free and it did help me feel replenished.

Propel fitness with lemon flavour water is good for hydration after and during workouts. It gives me refreshing and hydrating to my body. It has lemon freshness.
