This was great to have with a meal. I taste more of the electrolyte water from propel then I do the mango but I can tell the mango is there. It has a subtle but nice taste of mango to it. After having a long day, this was nice to have and it did the job for me after going to the dentist. I know this will be good to have after a workout as well.
