Doesn't change the texture of the water at all! Gave me extra energy and had great ingredients! The flavor and smell was so so good! Definitely one of the best;

I would have liked it to be a little less sweet, but they have a good taste and smell like mango, but it doesn’t have the typical mango flavor that artificial drinks have, it yields, it prepares quickly, my body feels good when I drink it, my stomach too. It’s a good drink to stay hydrated

This was our least favorite flavor but it was still good. This one doesn’t have a bad salt taste. It mixes well and definitely offers a variety. Hydration on point.

I enjoy Propel because of its claims like boosted energy, having electrolytes, and no added sugar. I liked the kiwi strawberry flavor the best, I would say. The powdered texture mixes easily with water, and the small packages can be taken on-the-go to the gym or wherever needed!
