I use all the time after my long run and during give me that hydration that all runners need

Refreshing drink to eat with my chips a perfect combo when you’re feeling very snacky This is a perfect drink if you’re trying to be kept on a diet because the low sugar that has in the Gatorade 

I tried glacier cherry flavor and it is very refreshing. Highly recommend it.
