We all have those days where there isn’t time to make a meal or take a lunch. Today was that day for me. Muscle Milk to the rescue! Nice and creamy, great source of protein and low sugars. We’re trying to be keto-ish and I don’t have any guilt drinking this! It has stevia in it but it doesn’t have that weird stevia after taste or bitterness. Satisfied my sweet tooth and I’m ready to conquer the next thing on my list!

Would definitely get this again! Occasionally have a protein shake when I’m short on lunch or after a nice long day of exercising. Will be sure to give this new muscle milk a try in the future. The vanilla flavor is very creamy and not overly sweet. Very easy to bring on the go as well!

Solid protein shake, especially for convenience. The vanilla crème flavour is smooth and not overly artificial and it’s easy to drink compared to a lot of heavier shakes. Good amount of protein so it works well as a post workout shake or when I need something on the go as a meal replacement

The vanilla crème muscle milk protein shake is not overly sweet which was a nice surprise. I drank this yesterday while working for lunch and I was feeling full afterwards. Very easy going down and not chalky one bit. This is an easy meal replaced with how smooth it went down and had great taste. Definitely a 10/10 for anyone wanting to try. Not to mention the bonus of having 42 grams of protein.
