The smell isnt great, but protein drinks rarely smell good in my opinion. The flavor was just okay for me. It has a very mild flavor and not very vanilla-y. But, I would purchase again.

This vanilla muscle milk does have a pleasant taste for this type of product. In all honesty, I would prefer chocolate but that is a personal preference. It does have Stevia which reduces the calorie content. It has a massive 42 grams of protein. Good for those of us getting older. We lose muscle mass. I will enjoy drinking this at home as a supplement or on the go. I think I would keep some on hand to have in the event of hurricanes, because of the high protein. Could use it as an emergency meal replacement.
