This wasn’t bad. Flavor wise, the vanilla flavor was pretty on point. It wasn’t overly sweet, nor did it give off that chalky taste that you might usually get with other protein drinks. And no weird aftertaste which I can always appreciate! Although, it wasn’t a very memorable drink in my honest opinion.
Once I drank this after a tough workout, my recovery seemed to be quick— minimal achy muscles. I must say, I was a little skeptical of how my body would react to the milk since I typically use nondairy products, but I had no issues whatsoever. I would definitely grab this off the shelves if I’m ever looking for a high protein beverage that’s just easy to grab and go after a tough workout.
