This is a solid protein shake. It doesn’t compare to some powdered ones we make at home but for a grab and go product it’s solid and doesn’t taste terrible. Easy way to get in protein and felt good about the ingredients I was drinking. Tasted smooth and creamy. Easy to store and move to the fridge before I drink it!

42 mg of protein???? This is the best !!! I love muscle milk protein shakes already but this is a must take !!! Vanilla it’s a great flavor ! I honestly just took as it is, but some people mix it with fruits! Love it!

This was a great addition to my coffee this morning. It was just the right amount of sweetness. Im not going to lie the protein does smell a bit strong but the taste is amazing. It was the perfect consistency for my coffee.
