Now I go to the gym a lot, and this morning I was sore as can be. I usually drink other protein drinks to help with the recovery phase. I just tried this brand for the first time and it was amazing. It tastes like chocolate milk, it's not in a cardboard box carton which can tend to explode, and it's not super thick and syrupy like you tend to expect with other brands. I'm adding these to the repertoire. Definitely worth a try if you've never had them before!

I really liked this Muscle Milk Vainilla Creme shake. It tasted smooth and not too sweet, and it’s perfect for a quick protein boost on the go . Super convenient and satisfying after a busy day or workout . Would definitely recommend it.

This is very creamy and tasty. And a good source of protein after a workout. I am trying to get in shape and maintain muscle and this is a perfect addition to my diet.

I just had a bunch of dental work done and as a result am having a hard time eating. This is like drinking vanilla milk and is making it that much easier for me to get my protein and calories in so I don’t lose my gains. I even drank it warm and was still able to enjoy it! Bonus - no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or added colors!

I’ve been enjoying my Vanilla protein shake especially after doing yard work! It helps me stay satisfied so I can get my work done without stopped for a snack halfway through. The bottle is the perfect shape for smaller hands especially and ideal for taking on the go. The drink itself is sweet and reminds me of cereal milk. Love this!
