Had a muscle milk vanilla protein shake after a long run on a hot day. Thought the consistency of a vanilla drink would be too thick for such a hot day, but it was perfect! The thick bottle kept it nice and cool. The lightest protein drink I have ever had. Very tasty! Not too vanilla or sugary. Def recommend!
