Great taste and 26g of protein!! I shook it up cold from the fridge and drank half pre workout and the other half post workout. It wasn’t a thick shake like I thought it would be, but more like a thinner liquid shake so it didn’t leave me feeling bloated. The taste and smell are what I expected from a chocolate drink. The bottle has a tamper proof seal which also gives it a long shelf life. Great way to get an easy 26 grams of protein without a bloating feeling.

I received this product for review. I drank it after a 5k run and it was great! Tastes nice, helped replenish my fluids, and gave me that hit of protein I needed for muscle recovery. Nice consistency and easy to mix. Overall will be buying this product moving forward.
