The taste is great considering the amount of protein. That being said this would not be something I would choose to drink outside of going to the gym, it kinda taste watery, and could be made thicker. If you need some protein before the gym this will certainly do the trick.

I put mine in the fridge in hopes of a milkshake/milk type of flavored cold drink and I wasn't disappointed. I had this shake on a day where I couldn't have breakfast and it was perfect.
