Great on the go protein drink for both men and women. Has a nice vanilla cream taste to it. Seems filling too. To me it would be good for an on the go day, some meal replacements and for working out. Lots of protein and even vitamin D3.

Easy to open top. Has a great smooth taste almost like a chocolate milk. No weird aftertaste like some others. Overall really liked it and will buy again and bring to other outdoor active events with friends. Also it packs easily in the golf bag or cooler. Highly recommend!
