It tastes great! I’ve tried the old formulation and I wouldn’t say this changes too much. Doesn’t have a powdery taste whatsoever and is about as close to regular chocolate milk as you can get in a protein drink. I’ve been drinking it before walks and the gym.

This vanilla creme flavor is delicious! It reminds me of vanilla custard. It’s so convenient for me to drink this while I’m on the go from work. I love throwing this in my bag and knowing I have set myself up well to recover from my workouts. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good tasting protein shake!

Great drink after a good workout. The vainilla flavor taste amazing I would recommend it. After a bariatric surgery this drink is a good source of protein plus it’s easy to digest without having stomach issues.

i have tried muscle milk over the years and have always been a fan. no artificial flavors is a plus. i really enjoyed the flavor but it was thicker then most protein shakes i’ve tried. it is also on the higher end of calories but did keep me full

This Muscle Milk Protein Shake is a great source of protein with clean ingredients as well.
