If you working out this is what you need for hydration and durability. Sincerely since I started using that my running go smoothly and my gym session so more valuable. It is not sweet at all I can literally say it is sugar free . Think I am in love with this little tartness in it.

Shockingly I really liked this drink. It was very refreshing. The ingredients are as to be expected in a Gatorade so there’s no weird texture. They do smell amazing.

In my opinion, zero sugar Gatorade has always been superb. The flavor profile of this one is very refreshing and not too overpowering. Great choice for hydration and would also be a better choice during illnesses as the sugar content is lower/less likely to upset your stomach!

The Gatorade bottle came with great packaging. It had a pleasant lemon smell and the taste was great. It did not feel as if there is less sugar, but it did not give me a sugar spike after checking my sugar monitor after sometime. Overall I give this product favorable reviews as it did s ever the purpose of hydrating and maintaining a low sugar spike.
