This powder packs 20 g of clear protein, 3 g of fiber, and essential electrolytes without any sugar! The watermelon flavor is great, very hydrating, and extremely refreshing. My only complaint is that it isn’t the easiest to blend and takes a lot of shaking to fully dissolve in 12 to 14 ounces of water, but the taste and benefits make it worthwhile.

Ingredients are good flavor is fantastic value of it is good there is no clumping some protein shakes have it but this one doesn’t preparation is easy

The powder smells delicious, there wasn’t very much clumpiness when mixed, it wasn’t as very sweet, it was a good balance. It has a slight artificial taste but was very hydrating.

Good simple packaging fine texture good to digest but make sure you shake very well and have a good amount of protein for a recovery you get the bang for your buck.

This is a game changer for protein intake. I struggle to get protein due to not eating much meat and this is a perfect alternative. The taste is great, on par with store-bought propel. It mixes in and dissolves well, but it is a lot of power so I did a bit more water to powder ratio and when you shake it, it gets fizzy so give it a few moments before opening your water bottle. But other than that it’s great!!! I’ll be purchasing some.

The flavor is a little strong for me, the texture too, but it works well, good digestion, the watermelon flavor is delicious, if you combine it with the right amount of water, it tastes good

The texture was very good and it was awesome. Flavoring was awesome. I would buy more if I wanted to because that’s how great it was and I would recommend this flavor to other family and friends.
