Gatorade is a major staple of our beyond hot Nevada summers! When it is 115 degrees and you've had a long day you should definitely be replacing your electrolytes! I can remember when I was young and my mother let me shake the gallon jug of water to mix the Gatorade powder in. The lemon flavor or "yellow" as I call it is my favorite. Always have it in the house! I especially like to have it on hand when the kids are sick. Easy to just add some to a water bottle to help keep them hydrated

We always make sure to have a huge jug of Gatorade made each week. These powders take exactly like the Gatorade in bottles, and they last longer. It’s easy to make and very refreshing.

Best to buy in bulk! Make your own ratio depending on your needs. Less plastic too. These big containers last months! Glacier freeze is the best flavor IMO.
