My go to rehydration drink after my long cycling rides or runs!

I ordered the Lemon-Lime flavor that will be on the course for Chicago & have followed the instructions on creating the mix. The flavor is as expected for lemon-lime but I enjoy the salty sweetness during these hot end of summer runs.

I love the taste of the endurance formula & have exclusively used it for over a year now. I typically bring it with me on longer runs. This summer has been really humid & has taken more of out of me during training so I've been making "watermelon slushies" post run with crushed ice & the GE watermelon to help me stay on top of my hydration levels!

Great taste and easy to go down. Just like they serve at the Ironman events. Made the switch to the Endurance for training to keep nutrition consistent.

Started using this product while training for my Ironman race because it’s what they have on the course. Was a little skeptical with it being a powder. Pleasantly surprised with the taste of both the orange and lemon lime flavors but i do find you have to use a touch more than called for on the ounces to keep it from tasting watered down but not a lot.
