I needed to try this product prior to being exposed to it at the Ironman Maryland Oct. 7. Didn't want to taste it for the first time on the course. It has a completely different taste to it and I would say that the previous Gatorade is better tasting. I wouldn't purchase it if it wasn't for it being used in the race. That would be the only reason I would recommend it.

The flavor is fine. I have not done any extreme distances yet. Next weekend I have a half iron man and will see a bit more then. I wanted the bottles but aren't able to order yet. To bad...

I have been using Endurance Formula Powder for several years, particularly after run workouts in hot weather. The main complaint about the new formula is that it does not dissolve as easily as the old one, and usually ends up in one or more clumps at the bottom of the glass. The new formula also sticks to the spoon I stir it with, instead of dissolving (the old one didn't). Please bring back the old formula, as an option.

Definitely tastes light and better but still does not agree with my stomach. Good to know before Chicago marathon. I'm better off with Nuun and other natural products

I feel like it makes me more bloated during the workout and i don't feel the extra ummp like the spark from advocare.

Pretty disappointed. Bought the powder version to train for Chicago marathon. I put in water and it doesn't dissolve well. I mix it repeatedly and come back and it's still sitting in the bottom. Also they make the serving size for 12 oz which is not convenient. A water bottle is normally 8 or 16 ounces. Compare that to "Nuun" tablets that dissolve instantly And are for a 16 oz typical water bottle.

The only way to make this stuff dissolve completely is to mix it the night before or use a blender for about 5-10 minutes. There are other powders that work just as well and dissolve easily

my football players would take a cup of this lemon lime ever time before a game. my players will drink anything, but the lemon lime was a no go. they said it tasted like plant product, when i opened the can all the powder was stuck and rock hard in a clump.
