I have low blood pressure and tend to get leg cramps or pass out if I get over-heated or sweat too much. I also live in Florida. Gatorade has always been my preferred sports drink but I've come to like this new product even more. It's not so "syrupy sweet". The taste is lighter and fresher. I just wish it was more affordable and not contain Yellow 6 or Red 40.
