Good to see Gatorade has improved their product. For decades, Gatoraid has been the least effective hydration drink due to its very low electrolytes. This new product is a slight improvement, with potassium at 8% (while some others offer 35%). Gatorade is still not very effective, but this product is a step in the right direction

Causes diarrhea every time I drink it, also way too much sodium, I wouldn’t drink this unless you’re extremely, extremely dehydrated! And then the diarrhea it causes is counterproductive to hydration.

Really proud of Gatorade for realizing finally that the human body needs more than Sodium, BUT sodium is way too high/magnesium and potassium way too low to replenish what is lost through sweat. ALSO, contains sugar AND stevia?! Choose one! Some people can’t have sugar, some people can’t have artificial sweeteners (like myself). Unfortunately this rules this product out for BOTH groups.

I have not been able to even open a gatorlyte bottle for two weeks. It’s needed pliers. Please fix this!
