A good, slightly cheaper alternative to Liquid IV. If you like that one, the gatorlyte powder does an equally good job. The powder mixes well, and if you like the taste of orange gatorade you’ll like this. I’d be interested to try other flavors, as orange isn’t my fave, but I liked the powder enough to give it a go. Couldn’t tell if I was any more “hydrated” than usual but that’s the same as any alternative powder.
