This product is designed for rapid rehydration. Gatorlyte is great for athletes, and anyone who works out, that is looking for rapid rehydration to quickly help replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in their sweat. I chose the orange flavor, It is one of my favorite flavors to choose when I choose a Gatorade product. I enjoy the fact that it is 10g of sugar rather than the typical amount. I wish it was an even lesser amount of sugar still with the great taste that this drink mix provides! Def. Recommend!
