This was actually very good I enjoyed it so delicious and refreshing the best thing of this drink is that this is very good for you it helps rapidly to rehydrate your body and replace the electrolytes you’ve lost it has less sugar and lower calories then other sports drinks its naturally flavored i do drink a lot of water but at least putting one of this in my water makes it more beneficial and delicious to drink love it will be trying the rest of the flavors
