I am training for a half marathon. As summer has decided to take up permanent residence in Georgia this year, we are getting 90 degree days in October! At first the Gatorade Endurance was more salty tasting than I was expecting or like. Thirty minutes into my run I was soaking wet. The Endurance was great. I got through the eight miles still hydrated. It will be my go to drink from now on!

Used this on an out of town ride. Makes easy to use. Even while out on a long ride with water.

I ordered the Lemon-Lime flavor that will be on the course for Chicago & have followed the instructions on creating the mix. The flavor is as expected for lemon-lime but I enjoy the salty sweetness during these hot end of summer runs.
