It was actually really nice considering how much protein is included at 42g’s. It’s not too sweet, smooth, not chalky like most protein drinks. Would buy and drink again.

I think this one of the best protein shake you’re going to get for the macros to calories. It’s so hard for me to hit my protein goal everyday and this shake alleviates the burden to include protein in every meal. The only downside is that it can be a little pricy but if you are really struggling I would get these. I personally don’t like milk and I can drink this easily. It taste bearable but that’s because im not crazy about milk.
