I tried the sweat patch for a couple of cardio activities I had been starting to take on recently, and the results were amazing. The live feedback of being able to see the channels fill up with sweat made me want to keep working out to keep the sweat coming. Was also very interesting to see the calculated fluid loss and all of the helpful recovery data using the respective Gx app. Would recommend using this if you’re into a fitness oriented lifestyle or even if you only work out a couple times a week. It’s very helpful and especially satisfying/fun to be honest. I included some pictures of my results.
