okay so this is my new favorite fitness product! it has given me so much information on how to recovery from my workouts to stay healthier! i have noticed with the advice i’ve gotten from using this patch that i have been feeling more productive with my workouts and it’s such a positive feeling! plus the app doesn’t focus on you losing weight just recovery from workout and keeping the muscle that you work for so it’s very body positive and doesn’t promote unhealthy fitness thoughts! it’s not about the weight you lose but keeping yourself healthy overall!

This product is really cool. In general we try to stay hydrated and drink lots of water and Gatorade but who doesn’t want to know the exact amount of hydration you need!

I’ received this from influenster and I must say it’s great for people who workout. These are one time use sweat patches that you attach on your skin before working out and It tracks your sweat and gives a detail on the sodium intake and loss. I used the pods too and they really worked great as well. The flavor was amazing. Upon checking the price, I feel it ain’t all that expensive too. Good product.
