So I was definitely not so sure about this so called sweat patch until I tried it today! After a long run in the park and a ton of sweat I snapped a picture and got my numbers it’s a cool concept kinda expensive for someone who isn’t a top athlete but marathon runners and athletes who are interested in that this is a must!

I love the way they this so technically plus this gives you what to do or what not plus I love packaging and how their app work

LOVE this! I’m the worst at measuring my hydration while marathon training. Only bummer is you can’t use it for runs longer than 2hrs. First time I tried it, I ran 4hrs and app told me when I got home it was void.

The product itself was good, however it was a bit difficult to stick on my skin no matter how much times I wiped the area

Really interesting concept. Connected to app to track hydration. Not sure how accurate but I like that it made me drink more. Easy to use.

While I’m someone who is just getting into the serious workout game these were actually really neat to learn more about my body! I dont think I did the best job of applying them so I’m giving them 4 stars because I do think it has a lot of potential!

I never would’ve imagined that a simple patch could test all these things and be useful. It’s just your fluid loss your sodium lost your sweat rate and more. So if you work out a lot or just want to find out these things about your body I totally recommend it. They are not expensive for what you’re getting out of it at all. 

if you ask me it was a bit overhyped and overcomplicated. the actual device itself is simple and you can order knockoffs online for cheap it works great and everything I just don't understand the purpose of downloading an app and having it only available for Apple. being a Samsung user that was not an option for me
