The Sweat Patch was easy to use, just stick it on your inner forearm and workout. The amount of sweat being collected is indicated by the orange stripe. Unfortunately, I had difficulty using the Gx App to scan and analyze my Sweat Patch; it is not intuitive and there are no instructions. After several attempts, I was able to get a reading, but it was not easy. The results generated is very cool, but I’m not sure I would continue using the Sweat Patch.
