This Gatorade Hydration Booster was a great way to boost my hydration levels after a workout. The flavor was good. I found it a little difficult to get the powder to dissolve completely, but didn’t mind too much.

This stuff taste good, I dissolved my package in 20 ounces of ice cold water, stirred to dissolve, added a piece of ice and had a good tasting, low calorie drink with tons of vitamins. The flavor is stronget than electrolyte drinks I have tried in the past but I believe that is a good thing. My biggest complaint with electrolyte drinks is they all do not contain enough potassium, 100 mg is nothing compared to what you need in the day. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I am often skeptical of hydration boosters/powders with electrolytes, mostly because of the claims and taste. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I received the watermelon strawberry and I was nervous that you’d really be able to taste the electrolytes (salty strange flavor), but you can’t. The flavor was well balanced, not too sweet (I’m not a sweet drink fan), and didn’t have that funky taste a product like Liquid IV. Would recommend trying this out.

The Gatorade hydration is on par with liquid IV as I felt refreshed and recharged after adding it to my water bottle. It has key vitamins and gives you the energy you need for the day!
