I would recommend this to everyone that needs a hydration boost. When I was drinking it, I never felt dehydrated or sluggish. Good for the body.

Tastes a lot better than other electrolyte drinks. Mixes very well with water and there aren’t any particles floating around .

I liked trying the Gatorade brand powder that dissolves into water. Tasted like Gatorade drink does which is good.

It was pretty good. Definitely felt the hydration part of it. I wasnt a fan of the flavor. Next time, I’ll try a different flavor and give it another chance.

I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and hydration is extremely important- this has such a great taste and I feel like it was such a great pick-me-up and infusion at a time when I'm feeling slumped.
