These are pretty good for a high protein shake on the go. I enjoy having these in the morning on my way to work or on a hike. They are on the thicker side, but they taste better cold or frozen like a slushie and taste almost like a milkshake at that point.

It was actually really nice considering how much protein is included at 42g’s. It’s not too sweet, smooth, not chalky like most protein drinks. Would buy and drink again.

This is an awesome way to get your protein fix with limited time and access. Great for traveling or on-the-go. You can bring it to the gym with you. It doesn’t taste bad and it has all that protein! It’s a win, win in my book!
