This was a creamy and smooth protein shake! If you are looking for a grab and go out of convenience this is a great contender. I drank this after a mild intensity work out and it kept me full and sustain for about 2 hours before I was ready to make my actual meal. The flavor was balanced and would say it had a rich vanilla throughout the shake. I would grab this again!

I really enjoyed the overall taste of this protein shake! It really does taste like vanilla ice cream. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the smell is a little off-putting at first. It has a slight chalky smell to it, but I was able to get past that. It has a very smooth texture - not too thick, but not too watery either. As a busy teacher who often forgets to bring/eat breakfast, this was exactly what I needed. I was able to sip on it while teaching, and I felt very satiated for hours. I will definitely be buying more of these!

I’ve always loved muscle milk products, they make getting in extra protein easy and very enjoyable. The drink wasn’t super think and the flavors wasn’t overly sweet m. Very nice balance of everything

This was a decent protein drink with only a slight chalky aftertaste. I’ve had better but I’ve also had way way worse. Really high protein and some extra goodies in there too. I like the strong vanilla flavor, it’s thick but again not the worst I’ve had. Pretty middle of the road protein drink

Muscle milk vanilla Creme was delicious! It was smooth, creamy and not to thick like others proteins shakes! The vanilla flavor wasn’t so overpowering. Packaging is great makes it easy to just grab and go. Just quick shake and easy for in the go! Definitely makes me feel full for a while.

I’m usually not a muscle milk person but this particular shake was good. Smooth tasty and not too sweet. It has 42 grams of protein , 240 calories, 14 grams of carbs, and sugar 4 grams. I liked that it is high in protein and low in sugar. Helps get your macros in. Highly recommend. Definitely worth a try.

This is a flavorful option to get your morning protein. The vanilla flavor was a bit sweet so I wouldn't drink the whole bottle at once, but was enjoyable to have as part of my breakfast. The drink tasted a little thick but was similar to whole milk. Overall recommend!

First time trying this brand and it’s not bad. I’ve been trying to find a good protein shake where it’s heavy in protein but doesn’t taste like protein and this just wasn’t it. You can taste the protein in it which I’m not a fan of. The milk is a little thick but not too much. Price on these isn’t so bad. Overall it’s ok

Smooth like a milkshake. Amazing vanilla flavor , tastes truly like a vanilla milkshake. What I like is that you don’t flat out taste the protein too much. I would recommend enjoying it served cold for better flavor
