The Muscle Milk PRO42G protein shake was perfect for my recovery after a hard workout. One bottle packs 42 grams of protein into a tasty shake that is made of mostly ultrafiltered milk with no artificial flavors or sweeteners which is a big plus for me. The shake is a great consistency after giving it a thorough shake. I got the new Vanilla Crème flavor which has a great vanilla pudding flavor/smell.
