Not a bad shake, but not my favorite. Consistency is smooth, and not thick which makes it palatable. The taste (chocolate for me) was decent but a little weak and with a funny aftertaste. Overall, in a pinch I would drink it, but I have other ready to go shakes I prefer.

This protein shake is on par with the other brands I’ve tried. Similar calories and similar nutrition labels. What I like about this one is that it doesn’t have that chalky taste like many protein shakes have. It’s very smooth/light tasting. Definitely worth a try if you’re still trying to find your favorite protein drink!

I was not a fan of this high protein shake basically because it contains Stevia and I do not like the taste of Stevia. However, the shake itself has a nice thick consistency and would probably go well in a blender with ice and maybe add a little banana for a thick smoothie!

I recently tried Muscle Milk high protein shake in vanilla crème after a walking workout. The shake does indeed look like milk and it has the taste a boxed vanilla pudding even after it’s been refrigerated. While I drank it from the bottle, I think this product would work a lot better as an ingredient in a smoothie or something similar.

I like protein drinks to help me wake up in the morning and give me some energy. This one is a sweet chocolate flavor. It does have a bit of that typical protein taste. But it’s super convenient to have a protein drink ready to go!

The texture/thickness of the shake is not what I am used to; the chocolate taste is fine, but for a shake it seems watered down. This was a litlle off putting to me, so personally I would select a different product.

It tasted good, just slightly chalky. Not enough to make it gross. I would drink it again! The protein was important to me, so it’s easy to drink some of your daily amount if you’re trying to hit a goal.

Vanilla flavour is good , easy drink after shaking , it have protein but sodium is high . I think ít help for gymer better about muscle . Easy pack . Thanks .
