I had high hopes for this drink as a convenient way to meet my daily protein needs. I liked the brand, ingredients, and 3-in-1 blend of hydration, fiber, and protein, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The powder clumped badly, even after shaking, so I had to use a blender. It then separated into liquid and foam. The taste was okay, but the strong aftertaste was hard to ignore. In the end, this product just isn’t for me.
